Pricing questions
Every plan starts with 14 days free and no card. Add a card before the trial ends to keep taking online bookings. If you don't, online booking pauses, but your team keeps access and nothing is deleted.
No. You pay one monthly price, however many bookings you take. Patients pay your normal price and never a booking fee, and NHS services stay free for them.
Payments go through Stripe directly into your pharmacy's own Stripe account, with Stripe's normal card fee. PharmaOS adds nothing on top. You can also let patients pay at the pharmacy.
Yes, any time from your settings. The change is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the month.
Group is for three or more pharmacies: £129 per live branch each month (billed for at least three), with unlimited staff and one dashboard across all branches. Branches are billed once we've checked them against the GPhC register.
No, prices exclude VAT.
