Data stays in the UK. Staff sign in with an emailed code and an authenticator app, every pharmacy's records are kept apart, and every change is logged.

FAQ

Questions

  • No. PharmaOS handles bookings, payments and appointments. Clinical records, EPS and prescribing stay in the systems you already use.

  • Yes. A prescribing consultation is a bookable service like any other. Your authorised pharmacist sees the patient and, where clinically appropriate, prescribes using your existing approved system. PharmaOS never issues prescriptions itself.

  • No. You pay a monthly subscription, and Stripe's normal card fee on online payments, as with a card machine in the shop.

  • In the UK (London). Each pharmacy's data is kept separate from every other pharmacy's. See Security and data for details.

  • The list comes from NHS England's Organisation Data Service and covers pharmacies in England. If yours is missing or its details are wrong, contact us and we'll help.
